Halfway to Darcy and Elizabeth’s mating capsule, Knightley and Emma received an urgent command from Control.
“Red alert! Red alert! An Earth warship was detected at west 231876. Another unknown vessel detected at east 127845. Captain Knightley to investigate the warship.”
“Received, Control!” Knightley replied immediately and turned the cruiser around towards the west.
***
On board his command ship, which was cruising at a slow speed towards Hartfield, Collins waited for backup impatiently. He hoped Wickham’s reporting to Queen Immortal would be fruitful, and that he would get at least three warships to help him attack the rebel planet.
“Commander, there are three cruisers from Hartfield approaching us.”
“What? I’m all alone here. I can’t fight three. What can I do? Put Her Majesty on.” Collins said.
His assistant keyed in a few commands and replied, “The Queen is out of communication for two weeks, sir.”
“Put Tea-leaf-reader Wickham on! Should I turn back now, Mary? What should I do?”
Mary punched in a few more times and said, “Sorry, the tea-leaf-reader is not available either.”
“Oh my god, what should I do?”
“Commander, Captain Knightley on board Hartfield warship requests a communication.”
“What should I do?”
“The Captain looks quite handsome. I guess there is no harm talking to him.”
Collins wiped the sweat from his forehead and said, “Ok, put him on.”
“Captain Knightley from Hartfield. Your warship is close to our border. Please state your business.”
“Commander Collins here on the business for the Queen Immortal of Earth.”
“And what’s this business?”
“Umh, we’re looking for a man on board an Earth cruiser which may have gone past here some time ago.”
“Can you describe the cruiser or the man?”
“Umh, he’s just an ordinary man from Earth, and the cruiser belongs to one of the private companies on Earth.”
“He must be more than ordinary to incite the second in command on Earth to chase after him. Does he happen to be your Queen’s nephew, William Darcy?”
“Yes, no, umh, yes, what have you done to him? If you hurt him, Hartfield will be in for a rough time. Our greatest and most esteemed Queen Immortal will send all her troops to destroy your planet in a second! Now tell me where the great William Darcy is.”
Emma didn’t like this greasy stupid man; especially now that he was threatening her home. She retorted arrogantly, “He is an intruder. We can interrogate him according to galaxy law. He’s in our maximum security prison, under Level 3 questioning protocol. We are interested in his real purpose of coming to our planet.”
“What? Level 3 questioning is pure torture! You have no wish to live? Mary, cut the communication.”
Mary King looked disappointed as she was very interested in Captain Knightley. He looked more amiable than the Queen’s nephew. It was a pity he had a prideful blond next to him. She did as the commander said.
“Now shoot them!”
“Are you sure, sir? They have three warships.”
“Shoot them down! I will rescue the Queen’s nephew now. He may not survive the torture. You and I will be dead if the Queen learns that her nephew was hurt and we did nothing about it.”
Mary shrugged her shoulders and locked the rockets immediately to fire at the three Hartfield warships.
“Emma, you shouldn’t give him a rise. Now see what you have done.”
“But he threatened us first!” Emma protested.
Knightley shook his head. He could never control his little sweetheart. She’s so hotheaded. “Sit tight!” Knightley yelled and fired his torpedo against Collins, as did the other warships from Hartfield. Knightley communicated to his colleagues to bring Collins down but not to kill them. Hartfield was a peaceful planet. Knightley wanted to avoid fatalities and interplanetary incidents.
After several minutes of intense battle, the Earth warship was hit on the tail.
“Commander, we’re hit. We’re losing altitude. We’ll crash soon.”
Collins held onto his chair, closed his eyes and waited for his fate. I’m going to die. I’m going to die. His whole body trembled and he peed uncontrollably.
Bang!
Bang!
A sudden loud noise and a great shattering shook the cruiser.
Collins opened his eyes and saw outside that his warship had crashed onto the ground. I’m still alive! I’m still alive! He immediately unbuckled himself from the chair. Mary and the rest of his crew were hurt, some bleeding and some moaning in pain. They don’t look like they have major injuries. I’ve no time for them.
He opened the door of the warship and walked out. After adjusting his breathing apparatus, he took in his surroundings. It was a dense forest surrounded in a blue haze.
From the console in the arm of his spacesuit, he learned that the gas was of a strange mix of chemicals. It could be harmful to humans and make people hallucinate. Luckily he had on the breathing capsule.
He punched a few keys into the console and looked for life forms. Maybe I can find the Queen’s nephew, rescue him and be awarded with the planet’s highest order of bravery. He pushed through the thick forest and advanced at a slow pace. How I hate these spiky trees, ugly looking gigantic flowers! Yuck, a pink reptile! All this mud! I’m six inches deep in mud. I really looke almost wild.
Collins walked for nearly three miles until the monitor on his console suddenly beeped, indicating there were life forms nearby. He slowed his steps and used the shrubs and trees to hide his whereabouts. The life form is very near. But where is it?
“We are here!” The mechanical voice of some creatures startled Collins. He turned around and saw three ewoks looking at him with wide eyes.
“Commander Collins here. I’m looking for the maximum security prison.”
“He looks cute, E2 and E3” One of the ewoks said, and the other two nodded in unison. The machine-like sound was eerie in such a dark and intense environment. Collins took a deep breath. I’m not scared. Ewoks are pets on Earth. I’m much more intelligent than them.
“I like his two strands of hair and the powder on his face. The eyes looked yucky though, E3 and E1” Another ewok said and once again the other two nodded in unison.
“You don’t know where the maximum security prison is? Then don’t block my way, pets! I’ve important things to do!” Collins said in his strongest voice, and tried to ignore them and walk on.
“Pets? Do you think he’s from Earth, E1 and E2? Those bad people on earth who make our brothers into pets?” The third ewok said, and the other two nodded together. Then their countenances turned menacing, and they approached Collins slowly.
“Don’t come near! Annoying, ugly pets, or I will shoot!” Collins raised the lightsaber hidden in his waist and pointed at them.
“Let’s tie him up, E2 and E3, and make him a pet instead!” E1 said and knocked Collins down on the ground while E2 held his arm over his head and disarmed his lightsaber. E3 pulled out a rubber string and wound it around his neck, then torso and hands.
“Let go of me! Let go of me! I’m the high Commander from Earth! Our greatest and most esteemed Queen Immortal will send all her troops to destroy your planet in a second! She would make all you disgusting ewoks ingo pets. She would whip and torture you and feed you with poisonous fruit.”
“His mouth is foul, E3 and E1.” One of the ewoks said, taking off Collins’ breathing apparatus. He tried to hold his breath, but E2 stuffed something into his mouth to stop his torrid strings of abusive words. Collins finally let go of his breath and breathed in the blue gasses. Within seconds, his eyes turned heavy, he smiled and then abandoned struggling.
“You’re our pet!” E3 said.
Collins nodded. The three ewoks jumped off his body. E1 said, “Now crawl on your hands and feet and follow us back to Control.”
Collins nodded again. E1, E2 and E3 then happily led the great Commander from earth in his pink body suit on all fours by a rubber leash through the muddy forest towards the centre of Hartfield. Along the way, more and more ewoks, men, women and children came to have a glimpse of the strange man.
*** Night had fallen on Earth. A handsome young man in a long shoulder-to-floor purple robe made his way to the royal quarters of the Great Queen.
“Tea-leaf-reader Wickham to see Queen Immortal!”
The maid led him to wait in her bed chambers. Not long after, Her Majesty made an appearance. Wickham bowed low the floor when she came in.
“Your Majesty. May Lord bless you with a thousand years of power!”
“Come, my dear.” Queen Immortal put out her hands and indicated for Wickham to rise.
He did, and gave the Queen a hug and a kiss on the lips. “I miss you, my darling!” Wickham said with a grin.
“Me too. Now tell me what you want.” Queen Catherine said.
“I need your seal and approval for $3 million to take action against Planet Hartfield immediately.”
“Darcy won’t be hurt?”
“You know my tea-leaves never fail. Didn’t I predict your ascension to Royalty? He won’t be hurt. He’ll become your son-in-law when the next full moon comes.”
“That’s good. I’ll give you the seal later on. Now, use your magic hand and give me a full body massage.” Queen Catherine disrobed and lay on the bed.
Wickham bowed and did as he was told. He smoothed some scented oil over her body, sprinkled some magic herb powder that he made himself and worked hard on her shoulders, back, bottom and legs.
He thought absently. I learned the skill of appeasing women for over a year. It’s all been worthwhile for getting me to this present status. I live as luxuriantly as Darcy, and have as muny maids and servants to do my bidding. Life is good. Who cares if the women I work on are old and wrinkled, their breasts sag and their folds taste foul.
Wickham turned Queen Immortal around and used his hands, mouth and tongue to pleasure her. After almost an hour, she smiled smugly while she caressed his handsome body. “You worked wonders! What a pity you no longer possess your family jewels, or you would be the most sought after man on Earth.” She drifted off to sleep. By her side, Wickham clenched his fists tight, holding the Royal seal with force, and vowed to destroy those who reduced him to his present state. My misfortune is heavy indeed!
***
Earlier on in Planet Hartfield, Darcy and Elizabeth were awakened by the sound and light of the intense battle fire.
“Looks like Hartfield is under attack.” Darcy said as he looked out from the vision pocket.
“Do you think they’ll discover your assistant’s rescue ship?” Elizabeth asked.
“Let’s go and check it out.”
“But Captain Knightley said we were under surveillance.”
“They are busy now. Maybe the surveillance will not be water tight. Let’s get some medical and food supplies.”
Darcy gathered a few essentials, put them in a bag and held out his hand. Elizabeth looked at him and saw the confidence and determination in his face. She felt protected. He’ll take us out safely. She put her hand onto his. They walked out of the mating capsule together.
Once they were outside, Darcy flipped the keys on his watch a few times. “I think Reynolds is coming from the east. Let’s go and meet him.”
“Your watch can tell that?”
“It’s a mini super computer with loads of gadgets. My sister, Georgiana, invented it when she was just 13. She likes to play with computers and makes stuff all day long” Darcy said with a proud smile.
“You love her.”
“Yes, she’s the best sister in the world.”
Outside it was a mountainous terrain. There were hills, craters, occasional vegetation, but barely any life forms. The air seemed to be normal, and they didn’t need to use any breathing apparatus. They walked at a brisk pace and talked for about 10 minutes until they heard the sound of a cruiser approaching.
“Quick, let’s find a shelter. We don’t know if they are friends or enemies.” Darcy shouted, took hold of Elizabeth’s hand and moved into the direction of a small cliff with some sparse bushes.
But the cruiser must have detected them. They started to fire at them, not with fatal intent, but trying to force them out in the open.
They ran up and down several hills, away from the laser fire.
“Damn!” Darcy yelled as he lost footing on the edge of one of the cliff face. He was dangling on the margin dangerously. Elizabeth tried to hold onto him. “Hold on tight! Don’t let go!” She cried out.
“I can’t! Let go of me. I don’t want to take you down too.” Darcy screamed out as he lost his grip on Elizabeth’s hand.
“NO!” Elizabeth shouted as she saw Darcy falling down the crater. Without a second thought, she rolled over the edge and followed him down.
On and on, they slid further down the crater until they hit a big hole together. It was a long tunnel that seemed to lead them into the centre of the planet.
Splash!
Darcy finally hit the end of the tunnel, dropping into freezing cold water.
Another splash brought Elizabeth down next to him.
He swam up and surfaced. After a second, Elizabeth emerged too. “Elizabeth, are you hurt?” He swam next to her.
She shook her head and hugged him tight. “And you? I thought I had lost you.” She trembled. She didn’t know what came over her. When did she consider him as so important to her?
Darcy returned her embrace and said, “No, I’ll be with you forever.” He then kissed her with the pent up fear and anxiety of the adventure of the last two days.
Clap!
Clap!
“What a tender scene!” The sound of a man startled the lover in the water.

Darcy and Elizabeth moved away from each other on hearing the sound of a man. They turned to discover him standing by the edge of the lake. He was dressed in ancient clothing from earth, probably dated the 21st century. He looked to be in his late 50s, and was as tall as Darcy, but heavily built. The jacket and trousers looked to be of good quality, but they had been worn for too long. They were torn and had holes here and there. He had curly, messy hair down to his hips, and his beard covered nearly all his face. He looked friendly, and yet there was a severe and intense gaze exuding from his eyes.
Elizabeth was the first one to respond. She gave the man a friendly smile and said, “We lost our way and went over a cliff accidentally. That’s why we ended up here. What is this place, sir?”
The man sat down on the ground and folded his legs. He rested his elbows on his knees and held his head with his right hand before replying, “This is the Heart. Young girl, you look gorgeous. Is that your hubby you have been kissing madly?”
Elizabeth felt Darcy tense by her side. He had tightened his arm that was wrapping around her waist under the water. Elizabeth patted his waist, hoping he would relax. There was no use antagonising the man. After all, he might tell them how to get out of the “heart.” She continued to talk with him. “Thanks, sir for the compliment. My name is Elizabeth. He’s my good friend William. And you are?”
“Who am I? I don’t know. I’ve been alone here for so long I forget most things. William and Elizabeth, I like the sound of it. Who are you to each other?”
Elizabeth’s eyes widened and she turned to exchange a worried look with Darcy. “You mean we are the first people you have seen for a long time?”
“People come and go, who cares. Don’t you want to come out of the water? Isn’t it cold?”
“Yes, it’s freezing,” Elizabeth turned to look at Darcy and he nodded. They started to swim toward the shore slowly, all the while engaging the man to talk, “come and go? Why didn’t you go too?”
“Why should I go?”
“Don’t you have family on Earth waiting for you?”
“Do I? I can’t remember.”
“How did you end up here?”
“I guess like you two. I dropped down from above.” He pointed at the dark “sky” which was the “ground” of Planet Hartfield, “But I can’t remember now. Some days my memory is good and I remember. Some days it’s bad and I don’t even remember the way here; and my head would hurt like a hammer pounding it constantly.”
“And how many people have you met down here?”
“Who’s counting?” He shrugged.
Elizabeth was getting frustrated with the man. They had reached the shore near him. When they emerged from the water, the man jumped up and backed away and yelled, “Who are you, young man? You look familiar.”
“I’m William. As Elizabeth told you, I’m her friend.”
“You look familiar… Definitely familiar.” He scratched his head, ruffled his hair and started pacing. “My head hurts! Why can’t I remember?”
Seeing the man’s unstable behaviour, Darcy took hold of Elizabeth’s hand and tried to pull her away from him. Suddenly the man burst forward and charged towards Darcy. He knocked Darcy on the ground and grabbed his throat with force. “You took her away from me! You seduced her! You killed her! I’ll kill you.” Then he tightened his hold and was strangling Darcy.
Elizabeth was quick to act. She jumped onto the mad man, thumping his back and grabbing his hand immediately. “Stop it!”
When he didn’t relax his hands, her mind turned and she added, “You don’t know him. William is not your rival. He didn’t take her away.”
The man relaxed his hold and turned to ask Elizabeth. “He didn’t?”
Darcy took this opportunity and shoved the man off his body. The man rolled away, but took Elizabeth with him. He took hold of her shoulders and showered kisses on her cheeks, forehead and nose. “Sweetie! He didn’t take you away. You’re not dead. You’re real!” His mouth was close to hers now. Elizabeth turned her head to one side to avoid him. Suddenly his head dropped and he tumbled heavily on top of her.
“He’s mad!” Darcy said. He had just struck the man with a piece of rock he found on the ground. Darcy then pulled him off Elizabeth.
“He stinks too!” She added.
“Did he hurt you?”
“Did he hurt you?”
Both of them asked in unison. Darcy smoothed over his throat and shook his head. Elizabeth used her hand to rub away the wet kisses from the man and shook her head as well.
They hugged each other tightly for a moment, then checked on the man. He had been knocked unconscious, and there was a tiny trace of blood on his head.
“I’d better take care of his wound. We don’t want him to die.” Elizabeth got a few supplies from the wet bag Darcy still had on his back.
After she took care of the man’s injury, she asked, “What should we do next?”
“The temperature here is surprisingly hot. I thought the water was so cold, that the ground would be cold too. Maybe we should leave him here and explore this place. He won’t come to any harm.”
“OK.” They pulled him to a flat surface and then took off hand in hand. The “heart” of Hartfield seemed to be made of a lake. On the side where they had reached shore, the landscape was more barren with rocks and no sign of life. As they walked on, more and more unknown trees and shrubs appeared. The ground became less flat, and there were some hills on the northern end. When they finally reached the other side, they found a small cave with clothes and belongings.
“It must be the man’s shelter.” Darcy said.
“Should we check out his belongings? Maybe we can find his identity from there.” Elizabeth said.
“Wouldn’t it be invading his privacy? Let’s continue exploring.”
“Such a gentleman, he nearly kills you.”
“He is just sick. I wouldn’t want people to go through my things either.” They walked on and found a few more caves. At the last and furthest one from the man’s, Darcy suggested they spend the night.
“Take off your body suit,” Elizabeth said when they had settled down.
Darcy smiled and said, “You’ve the hots for me?”
She smacked his arm lightly and said, “I want to check on your shoulder and change the dressing. I’ll start with your head first.”
While she was redressing his head, he pulled off the top of this body suit and bared his upper body. After she took care of the shoulder, they had some food.
“Such an adventure! I wouldn’t have expected to be shot down, captured and then trapped in the centre of a planet when I invited you to the mating capsule.” Elizabeth said. She had lay down on the floor. Darcy was beside her. He turned and looked at her. He brushed a few strands of escaped hair away from her face and said, “I wouldn’t want to trade this adventure for anything; I especially wouldn’t want to share it with anyone but you.” He whispered, and leaned down to kiss her. It was a slow and tender kiss. He wanted to take it slowly, but she returned it with enthusiasm. Sensing her response, he became more passionate. After a few minutes of hot kisses, they stopped to gasp for breath. Then he lowered his head and suckled her earlobe.
He felt her shiver and run her hands down his shoulders to his back. Now it was his turn to tremble. He unzipped her body suit and pushed his hands inside to caress her gorgeous, full breasts. They were bouncy and firm. When he squeezed her creamy mounds and plucked her nipples, she dug her fingers hard into his butt.
This set him on fire. He wanted to savour the moment after a horrific day of life and death, but her eager responses rendered him senseless. He let go of his animal instinct and stripped her naked quickly. She was not slow either. She pushed the body suit off his lower body as fast as lightning.
He lowered his head to tease and suckle her breasts in turn with his mouth, while his hands parted her legs and worshipped her womanhood with his fingers, making her wet and hot. She moaned out loud, twisted and turned her body while the same time ventured to hold his shaft. Her untutored hands smoothed over the manhood with instinct, alternately squeezing and trailing a path over the hot skin.
Darcy panted heavily and couldn’t hold back any longer. He raised her legs, this time not just to his waist, but to his shoulders. He saw her eyes widen, and she turned vulnerable in such an exposed position. He said gently, “Trust me.”
He pushed his thick and hard length into her, as slowly as he could muster. He was hot and forceful. At such an angle, he invaded every pore of her skin. She closed her eyes and arched up her body. As he pushed deeper and deeper into her core, she felt sensation in muscles she had not known, areas she did not think of. It was like two set of hot lava finally merged together and flowing as one. And the scorching liquid was burning into her womb. She felt connected to him. They were one soul.
He nearly pulled out and pounded onto her again with one mighty thrust. He was not tender at all. He was mad, like an animal possessed. He kept thrusting and thrusting, creating friction and more friction on her inner muscles. He impaled her, on and on and again and again. His hands were just as frantically kneading and fondling her breasts.
She panted and moaned out more and more loudly. Her body was burning and sweating. Her hands scratched and rubbed his back and buttocks until she was tipped over the edge. She screamed and floated onto heaven. Her whole body convulsed and squeezed him tight.
He couldn’t withstand her earth shattering embrace and reached his climax in the next second. He trembled and lost his control. His seed spilled into her, scalding and flooding her womb for some time. He was spent, and collapsed on top of her, still with her legs on his shoulders.
Finally he found some strength and rolled off of her. He pulled her to his side, and they fell asleep in a tight embrace.
***
“Wake up, young man!” Darcy opened his eyes and saw a lightsaber hovering over his shoulders. He looked at Elizabeth. She had been awakened by the sound as well. He had his hands on her waist. Luckily they had pulled the body suits to cover themselves as they slept and they were not completely nude in the mad man’s eyes. But the situation was not good. He had a weapon while Darcy had nothing except the watch.
“You don’t look like my sweetie. You’re not blond.” The man said. “Come young man, you have to start the learning. Otherwise, how can you take your love back to Earth? Get dressed and come to my house now.”
Then he left them and walked away.
“It must be a good day for him. He remembers, and he didn’t kill us with his lightsaber.” Elizabeth said.
Darcy gave her a quick kiss on the mouth and a tight hug. The full body contact sent shivers through both of them. But he moved away soon and started to dress. “Just a pity we don’t have time for a nice ‘breakfast.’” He gazed at her tempting body. “We better do as he said. We don’t want him to turn mad again suddenly.”
She nodded shyly. She was still not used to waking up with this hot, nice William yet. She also dressed and went with him to do the mad man’s bidding.
***
“You have to concentrate your mind on the rock, not on Elizabeth.” The mad man said with a tone of annoyance. He had been teaching Darcy mind control for the past weeks. Yes, Darcy and Elizabeth had been trapped in the heart of Hartfield for nearly four weeks. The man had not had one lapse of madness since the first time.
Every day, he would ask Darcy to eat some wild fruits. They glowed and looked like dates and tasted quite sweet. He said they helped him to acquire a supernatural ability. Then he would teach Darcy mind control for several hours. After the initial week without success for Darcy, the man asked Elizabeth to take the fruit and taught her as well. They had to use their mind to lift things, move objects and even shaped the lightsaber. With Elizabeth’s company, Darcy was getting better and better every day. She also managed the skill with some success.
At night, they would retire to their own caves. The young couple learned to live together, share their ideas, thoughts and worries. There was plenty of love making and laughter, and some tears.
They also knew more about the man. He seemed to think he was called Logan or Laurie. They settled on calling him Logan. He had a big house, a sweetie, a wife and a daughter back on Earth. He still thought from time to time Darcy was someone he knew. But as he no longer confused Elizabeth as his sweetie, he didn’t try to kill Darcy any more for seducing her.
They also knew that there were less than 10 people who had fallen down the centre of Hartfield. Logan managed to help them “out” when they fully mastered mind control and “communicated” with an electromagnetic disturbance that occurred from time to time. But where these people went, he had no clue.
As to why he didn’t go with them, he didn’t feel such a rapport with those people as with Darcy and Elizabeth. So this time, he agreed he would go with them as well.
Logan explained how the mind control worked to take them back, “Every living organism is made of tiny particles. If you disintegrate an organism into tiny particles and regroup them later, you can transcend it through time and space. The same applies to your own body.”
“So if I imaged the place I wanted to go, when the electromagnetic disturbance occurs, I would be sent back to there?” Elizabeth asked.
“I’m not 100% sure, but that’s the theory I have about the visitors who left the heart.” Logan replied
“But what if William and I pictured a different place?”
“Then I guess you and he will be sent back to different places or times.”
That’s why the young couple had agreed to concentrate on one place. As Longbourn was the only place they both knew, they would think of it whenever they practiced the mind journey from Hartfield.
“And when would the disturbance occur?” Elizabeth asked again.
“I don’t have a clue. Sometimes it’s like an earthquake. Sometimes it’s like non-stop lightning. I think it’s due to something happening up there.”
“And what would you picture in your mind?” She continued.
“I would think of the place I last saw my sweetie.”
“So we may end up in different places?” Right after Elizabeth’s last word, a roaring sound could be heard, and the ground they were standing on shook.
“Could be,” Logan said, “Let’s hold our hands together. I think the time is right now.”
Darcy and Elizabeth hugged each tight, and then pulled Logan together in their embrace, rather than just holding hands as he suggested.
Logan murmured, “Maybe we would all end up in one place, my place, as I have the strongest mind power.”
Suddenly, the ground seemed to disappear and so did their bodies. They seemed to be weightless, and floated around. Darcy’s whole body mass seemed to be dissolving into dust, bursting in the air. He seemed to have lost Elizabeth, and panicked for a minute. But Logan’s voice calmed him. “Concentrate on the place!” He refocused and thought about Longbourn.
As quickly as the “disintegration” of the body in the journey, Darcy felt an explosive collision of every part of his body soon afterwards. He yelled out in pain. He ached everywhere for a seemingly endless time, and then he was able to open his eyes. He saw that he was whole again, lying on lush green ground. He turned to look for Elizabeth and Logan. He breathed a sign of relief when he saw both of them were lying not far from him. Both seemed all right.
“Elizabeth, are you hurt?”
She moaned and replied, “No, but my body aches!”
“Mine too. Logan?” Darcy asked.
He was groaning, but he hadn’t opened his eyes yet.
“Where are we?” Elizabeth asked, “We’re not in Longbourn. The house is too grand.”
Darcy turned to look at the house and said in a surprised tone, “Oh my god! It’s Matlock!”

“Matlock?” Elizabeth asked.
“It’s my Uncle, Lord Andrew Matlock’s estate. It’s located 15 miles from Pemberley.” Darcy replied.
“You were thinking of it during the mind journey?” she added.
He shook his head.
“It must be Logan. Could he be related to your uncle? Or…”
He continued, “Or Lady Matlock is his sweetie? But my aunt is still alive, unless Logan came from another century. He said we could transcend time if we master the mind skill. Anyway, let’s take him to the house.”
They raised their aching bodies and went to help Logan up. Not a minute into their walk towards the house, someone emerged from the wood and greeted them quietly.
“Mr. Darcy, what a relief to find you! Come with me at once. The General is waiting for you, and it’s not safe to hang around here.” The man said in a low voice as he kept looking around.
“Colonel Morgan, what’re you doing here? Why is it not safe here?” Darcy knew the man. He had been his cousin, General Richard Fitzwilliam’s, trusted assistant for many years.
“Come, I’ll take you to the General. He’s in the mausoleum. I’ll help you with the man.” Morgan came to Elizabeth’s side and took Logan’s other shoulder to assist him. Then he urged them to walk on quickly and quietly inside the wood to the family resting place.
“Mausoleum? Why is Richard there?” Darcy whispered.
“Things have changed drastically on Earth since you disappeared four weeks ago. The General will explain everything to you. I’m just glad you’re finally back.”
As they approached the mausoleum, Morgan threw three stones successively at one of the willow trees. Two armed guards suddenly emerged from nowhere and stopped in front of them.
“Colonel.” They greeted Morgan.
He nodded to them, and took Darcy and his party into the mausoleum.
A man in full military uniform sitting in front of a computer on top of one of the tombs stood up and walked to embrace Darcy.
“Darcy, it’s really you! What a relief we have found you.” the man said.
“Richard, what are you doing here with all of this stuff and your assistants?” Darcy asked.
“My parents have been under house arrest, and I’m wanted by the government.” Fitzwilliam said.
“Whatever for?”
Before the general could reply, Elizabeth said, “William, let’s put Logan down first. I want to check his vitals.”
“Oh, yes.” They put Logan on one of the mattresses on the ground. While Elizabeth was busy checking on him, Darcy said, “Richard, this is my wife, Elizabeth.
“You got married!” Richard asked in a surprised tone.
Darcy gave him a broad smile and nodded his head. “Yes, Elizabeth and I were married in Hartfield one week ago.” He thought back to that special day.
*** Darcy woke up from a deep sleep to find himself pillowed on Elizabeth’s breasts. It had become a habit of his for the past weeks. They spent hours on lessons with Logan during the day. Then they would walk hand in hand around the “Heart”, talking about anything and everything. When they retired for the night, they would affirm their relationship with tender or fierce love making. Sleep fell to him easily, and he would normally wake up, snuggling tight to her.
Before he could wake her up with a kiss this time, Elizabeth stretched her hands up her head and woke with a soft moan. Darcy loved the sight of her sleepy form. He traced his fingers down from her neck to her supple bosom. The creamy mounds were silky to his touch.
She opened her eyes and said, “What do you think you’re doing, sir?”
“Well, waking up the lazy bone.” He replied and leaned down to suckle her nipple.
Elizabeth moaned out loud. His beard, which had been growing for the past weeks, was ticklish. She complained, “Who’s the lazy one who doesn’t shave?”
Darcy raised his head and replied, “Who promised to be my slave last night? Shouldn’t you be earning your keep?” He gave her a playful slap her on the bottom. “Wake up and do your work!”
“Ouch! You were cheating last night!” They had been playing striptease chess with stones and Darcy bested her.
He wanted to give her more slaps, but Elizabeth would have none of that. She wrestled him around, straddled him and had his hands to his sides. “Now it’s my turn for the slapping!” She slapped him once on the thigh.
He did not feel any pain but raised his head to bite her nipple hard.
“Ouch!” Elizabeth yelled and she continued, “Ohm!” Then she scrambled off his body suddenly. She covered her mouth with her hands and dashed out of the cave.
Seeing her strange behaviour, Darcy was alarmed. He rose and ran after her immediately. When he found her throwing up besides a tree, he asked with a worried tone, “Elizabeth, are you unwell?”
He saw her wipe her mouth with the back of her hand and shake her head. She looked very pale. He came near her and hugged her tight. “Elizabeth, you can’t be unwell! You’re my only reason for living, here in this hell hole.” He choked out the words, hugging her even tighter. She returned his embrace. When he felt himself under control, he looked at her.
She had tears in her eyes, but she also had a broad smile. “William, I love you too. I’m not unwell. In fact, I’m very well. I think I’m pregnant.”
He was stunned for a minute, with his mouth gaped open. “I’m going to be a father?” Then he picked her up, whistled happily and swirled her around.
“Put me down, William! You will make me throw up again.” she demanded.
He put her down immediately and knelt before her. “The mother of my child, will you marry me?”
Elizabeth rolled her eyes and said with a pout, “So unromantic!”
“You can’t blame me, my dearest and loviest Elizabeth. This is my sixth proposal in the past weeks. Of course my nerves and my words only get worse and worse after each rejection.” He had a hand on his heart and gave her an injured look.
She looked at him with a frown for a minute and replied, “I will if you catch me!” She then turned to run back to the cave.
Indeed Darcy caught her easily on their “bed.” He then worshipped her tenderly, not wanting to hurt the baby. Not long after they recovered from their emotional love making, they heard Logan’s loud voice outside their cave.
“Hey, time to work!”
Darcy raised his head from Elizabeth’s breasts and said loudly, “We’ll skip class today. We just got engaged.” He licked her nipples, making her moan out loud again.
“You want to get married?” Logan’s said in a surprised voice, much closer this time.
Darcy groaned in frustration. He turned and saw Logan walking into the cave. He immediately pulled something to cover their bodies and said, “Can’t you go away for a bit? It’s not every day I get engaged.”
“I can marry you two now.” Logan came to sit by them and said pensively.
“Go away, Logan!” Darcy said.
“I want to marry you two now. You shouldn’t wait. Life’s no certainty. You won’t know what will happen next.” He persisted.
Elizabeth could sense the agitation in Logan’s voice. She didn’t know if he was going to have a bad day. She wouldn’t want him to. So she asked, “How can we get married? We don’t have a priest. We’ll probably have to wait till we return…” Her voice trailed off. She was suddenly having the gloomy thought that they might never return to Earth, and her children would not see a day of sunlight at all.
“I’m a Lord. I have the authority to marry anyone in my estate.” Logan said. “Come to my house, and I will marry you two. Darcy, you should have given Elizabeth your name long time ago, seeing that you have taken her virtues.” Then he stood up and walked away in an uptight manner.
Darcy and Elizabeth looked at each other and shook their heads. They then decided to play along with him. They washed, got dressed and went into his cave half an hour later.
Surprisingly, Logan had his house all set up. There were candles and several plants here and there, making the stone cave like an altar in ancient times. He wore a long white robe over his normal clothes. He then took Elizabeth and Darcy’s hands and placed them on a religious book. He conducted the wedding ceremony as in an ancient Earth method. Darcy didn’t have a ring, so he fastened his watch on Elizabeth’s wrist. When Logan pronounced them husband and wife, and that Darcy might kiss his bride, Darcy first kissed her wrist and then gave her a passionate and yet tender kiss on the mouth. When the ceremony was finished, they felt truly married. Logan even gave them “time off” from lessons and allowed them a day of “honeymoon.”
*** “So you were indeed stranded in Hartfield. I thought that was only an excuse to invade the planet.” Richard’s voice woke Darcy from his thought.
“Aunt Catherine invaded Hartfield?” Darcy asked.
“Let me explain everything.” Richard said and started the tale. Apparently Queen Immortal had fallen ill during the weeks of ewoks competition. She had entrusted the seal of the kingdom to tea-leaf reader Wickham. He sent several warships to attack Planet Hartfield because it was reported that Darcy was held captive there and turned into a pet by the ewoks on the planet. As Darcy was supposedly the future husband of Princess Anne, Earth would never allow such a disrespect to their esteemed citizen.
“After a week of intense fighting, Wickham withdrew the troops and declared you were killed in the fighting. Although Hartfield had not fallen, he was successful in retrieving your ‘body.’ Then he said from his reading that Princess Anne should not be mourning your death. She should be married immediately to bring joy to Earth and hopefully to revive her mother’s ailing health, otherwise Queen Immortal would die. So he married Anne last week.”
“What! But he’s not a man!” Elizabeth blurted out.
“What do you mean he’s not a man?” Darcy asked in a confused tone.
Elizabeth replied, “Wickham was staying in Meryton for some time, and my youngest sister Lydia was very enamoured with him. She tried to seduce him one night, and found out he is a eunuch.”
Darcy and Richard looked at each other with wide eyes.
“He told Lydia you reduced him to his present state.” she explained.
“And you believed him?” Darcy asked.
“I did, as did Lydia at the time, because you were so arrogant and conceited when we first met you. And I thought ‘Why would a man lie about such a horrific incident?’ But of course, I don’t believe him any more, after my clash with the Reproduction Committee, and especially now that I know you better.”
“But you never asked me about it when we were in Hartfield?”
“We had more important things to talk about.” She replied in a matter of fact tone, giving him no doubt that she had not believed Wickham’s tale for a while.
Darcy nodded and turned to ask Richard, “And how did uncle and aunt become house arrested? And what about Georgiana?”
“Since Wickham became the Prince, he started arresting and persecuting the Noble class. He said a lot of them were in cohorts with Hartfield to bring about your death because they didn’t want Gentry to become a nobleman if you were to marry Anne and that the noblemen wanted to overthrow Queen Immortal’s rule. Almost all of us were either under house arrest, executed or sent to camps these last days with one excuse or another. Georgiana escaped before they raided Pemberley. Father and mother are under house arrest. I am wanted in a warrant.”
“But why hide here?”
“The most dangerous place is often the safest place. I can keep an eye on my parents and Pemberley to see if you or Georgiana have returned.”
“Sorry to interrupt you,” Elizabeth said, “Did Wickham or the government machine say anything about me disappearing with William?”
Richard replied, “I’m sorry to pain you, but your whole family has been rounded up and sent to camps, except for Jane who escaped with Bingley before the arrest. They said you were the lure used by noblemen to seduce Darcy away in the mating capsule.”
“Oh my goodness!” Elizabeth exclaimed and crumpled heavily on the ground.
Darcy came by her and wrapped his arm around her. “My dear, we will figure out how to get your family out. Richard, what have been done so far?”
Before Richard could answer, the watch on Elizabeth’s wrist beeped. Darcy took a look at it and said, “It’s Georgiana, she’s near here, probably at Matlock house!”
“Damn! It’s not safe there. Wickham put surveillance there.” Richard said. “I’ll round up my men and we’ll go find her.”
***
Outside the house of Matlock, Georgiana walked as quietly as she could through the woods. She had a signal from Darcy’s watch after so many weeks. She knew he was near here. Before she could enter the house through a secret passage in the woods, someone emerged and grabbed her. She screamed and kicked, but was gagged. She was then carried to the main house, where she found Wickham waiting in the grand ballroom.
“Well, well, what do we have here? My little Georgi.” He signaled the men to tie her at a side table. Then he walked around her and said in a menacing tone, “Bitch! I have been waiting for this for so long.” Then he took out a knife and placed the tip on her cheek, tracing it down her jaw, making a bloody line there. “Revenge is so sweet!”
Voting options are: 1. Wickham takes Georgiana away from Matlock 2. Wickham escapes from Darcy and Richard 3. Princess Anne makes an appearance
Warning for strong violence! 76% voted for Princess Anne to make an appearance. Every Savage Can Reproduce – Chapter 8 Wickham slowly traced the knife down Georgiana’s neck, very close to her pulse. The bloody line got longer. Georgiana closed her eyes to withstand the pain, but tears couldn’t help but well up. Then he put the knife beside her head and took off her gag. He leaned closer, and tore the zipper of her space suit open down to her waist, baring her upper body. He picked up the knife again and continued to trace a line down from her chest and rested on the tip of her right nipple. “So soft and innocent, my little Georgi. Should I cut your beautiful cherry off, or should I ask my men to worship it?” Georgiana panted, shoving her chest up and down faster and faster on hearing his threat. The knife-point thus made a deeper cut on her breast. Blood was dripping out quicker. She bit her teeth to fight the pain, and opened her eyes. Then she gave her the most arrogant stare she could muster and clearly made her announcement: “Wickham cannot tell fortunes! He stole a defective prototype of a time machine image projector I invented to glimpse into the future. All of you shouldn’t believe a word of what he says. Can a true messiah be so violent as to harm an unarmed girl like myself?” Murmurs started in the room among Wickham’s armed guards. He laughed out loud and then struck her on the cheek with the back of his hand, knocking her almost unconscious, and leaving a big red mark there in addition to the bloody line. “Guards, don’t believe in this witch. Georgiana Darcy is a beast turned human who had to feed in man’s essence to maintain her strength. Guess what she did to me?” Then he slid open his dark robe, opened the fly of his trousers and showed the guards he was no longer a man. Gasps and murmurs became louder in the room. “She bit off my manhood when she tried to seduce me two years ago in Ramsgate. That was when I discovered that the Darcys were all beast-turned human. Some of you have seen the body of her brother we brought back from Hartfield. William Darcy had shown his true form when he was dead, half ewok and half human. Now give me some water.” One of the guards fetched him the water immediately. He splashed it onto Georgiana’s face, fully waking her up. He leaned to breathe the words on her face, “Now, any one of you want to taste a beast woman?” None of the guards came forward. There were some silent stares and fearful looks among themselves. They were afraid of what she could do to them. On the other hand, they were also afraid of what Wickham would do. He was a bitter man with magic power. Could he change their future if they did not comply? “Don’t be afraid. Do you want me to gag her again so that she can’t bite your ear off? But I like to hear her scream. It’s only fair justice to hear her beg or yell in exchange for the pain and humiliation she did to me.” He then tore the body suit more open, baring her lower body too. He continued to trace the knife down her abdomen, around the belly button and down her apex. The bloody line was like a crack on earth, contrasting with her porcelain white skin. Wickham leaned down and bit her uninjured nipple hard, as he used his hand to grab a few strands of her pubic hair, and then cut it off with the knife. Georgiana yelled in pain and raised her head to spit at him. “You’re a disgrace, Wickham! I mourned for my father who raised you like a son and gave you the privilege of the gentry class. And what did you do? You gamble, drink and trifle with innocent girls. All of you listen!. I didn’t bit off his manhood. He drugged me during a date, and tried to rape me. I didn’t take the whole drink, and regained consciousness before he could do me harm. During our struggle, I accidentally activated the laser knife in my watch and sliced his evil organ off. Did you know that I was not the first one he date raped? There were at least 10 girls in Lambton that I have known of who had suffered at his hand.” He raised his head and laughed out loud again. “Do you believe her?” The guards shook their head immediately. “A beast woman with a most persuasive tongue. Should I cut off her tongue so that she can no longer slander me? Me, the esteemed husband of Princess Anne! Me, who will be the King on earth soon. I’m so handsome, why wouldI have to drug and rape women? Women fell at my feet, begging me to take them when I was still a man. But I had high standards. I wouldn’t sleep with any woman. They resented that and slandered me instead. And you, little spoiled brat, you wanted me. And when I didn’t comply out of my respect for your father, you laced my drink with a drug and then bit my man off. The son of a bitch brother of yours then dumped me in the sea. It’s by God’s will that I survived. I’ve been waiting for this day for so long!” He paced around the side table, touching his knife onto her naked form from time to time when he was agitated during the speech. She yelled in pain, and almost lost consciousness again. Then he grabbed a bunch of her blond hair and cut it off. “I will reduce you to an ugly beast. You won’t be a pretty woman after I’m done with you!” Then he lowered his knife and poised it on her left nipple. He used his other hand to pinch it hard. Before he could slide the knife across it, his hand froze. “Bastard! Stop hurting my Sweetie!” Logan’s loud voice sounded loud and clear. He marched into the grand hall. Wickham didn’t know the man, and didn’t know why his hands and legs couldn’t move; but he knew this man was not on his side. He barked orders out immediately, “Kill the man! He’s this witch’s accomplice.” The guards followed his order. It seemed better to deal with an old dirty man than the young witch who could bite off a man’s body parts. They jumped onto Logan, but with a wave of hands, he wisped up a big whirlwind and blew them all away. They felt themselves lifted off the ground, slid across the ballroom floor and stacked against each other at the far end of the room in a heap. Logan marched near the table, and pushed the frozen Wickham off Georgiana, and then took off his robe to cover her. He untied her and hugged her. “Sweetie, did the bastard hurt you? Don’t worry. I will take you to Elizabeth. She has some medical equipment which can fix you up easily.” Georgiana didn’t know the man. She was thankful for his actions, and burst out in tears. It was horrible, running from the government’s hound dog in the past weeks, not knowing where her brother was, and if he was still alive. Then to discover a signal from him, only to be captured and tortured by Wickham. It was too much for her. She couldn’t stop the tears. “Shh, shh, don’t cry, Sweetie. All will be well. I’ll take care of you.” He walked slowly away. But before he reached the door, someone called out. “Father, what have you done to my husband?” Logan turned to see a sickly looking young woman wearing an elaborate court dress, and adorned with a sparkling tiara, crouched beside Wickham. She tried to move his hands. The guards had all stood up, but they were plastered against the wall, not willing to come forward to confront the old man. “He’s your father, Sir Lewis? Why did he call Georgiana his Sweetie? Did she have a spell on him too?” Wickham asked. “Anne?” Sir Lewis stopped. His eyes widened on recognizing the woman beside the frozen man. He lowered Georgiana onto a chair nearby. “You’re Uncle Lewis?” Georgiana asked. She had never met him before, but he looked nothing like the portrait in Rosings, her aunt Lady Catherine’s home before she became the queen. Sir Lewis turned to look at Georgiana. He scowled and repeated, “Uncle Lewis? You’re not my Sweetie?” “What’s the name of your Sweetie, uncle?” She asked. “You’re not Anne?” Georgiana shook her head. He seemed truly confused. “No, I’m not Princess Anne. I’m not she.’ She nodded her head in the direction of where Anne and Wickham were. Sir Lewis shook his head and said, “No, I meant Lady Anne. You’re not Lady Anne?” “You mean… my mother?” He looked incredulous. “Your mother? My Sweetie has a daughter? Are you my daughter?” “I’m a daughter of Lady Anne Fitzwilliam and George Darcy of Pemberley. I have a…” On hearing the names, Sir Lewis looked angry. He smashed his hand onto the table next to where Georgiana sat and yelled loudly, “Bloody George! He seduced my Sweetie! He took her away!” “Father, please! Can you release George?” Princess Anne pled again. “Why would I release George? He took Anne away, and left me with the bloody controlling, man-hating Catherine.” He turned to Princess Anne and continued his tirade of abuse. “No, I mean George Wickham, my husband here! Can you unfreeze him?” “Worthless young man! Why did you marry him? He was torturing the young girl here. What’s your name?” He turned to ask Georgiana and then looked back at Princess Anne, “You’re better off without him.” “I’m Georgiana.” “Father, please!” Princess Anne called out. With a flick of his hand, Sir Lewis released Wickham, and he was able to move his limbs again. “Where’s your mother, young girl?” Sir Lewis continued his quest for his Sweetie and asked Georgiana. “She passed away when I was two.” He sat heavily down next to her, and then burst out crying. Seeing that the old man was not a threat at the moment, Wickham hastily exited the ballroom from the other end, dragging an unwilling Princess Anne with him. The other guards followed suit. Georgiana saw them leaving. She couldn’t do a thing to stop them, and she didn’t know if it was a good idea to alert her uncle. He seemed distraught to hear about her mother’s death. She tried to stop the bleeding on her chest, until suddenly her watch beeped loudly. William must be near! Then a group of men and a woman burst into the room. “Georgi!” Darcy cried out on seeing his sister sitting beside Logan. He ran to embrace her. “Logan, how did you get in here?” Sir Lewis raised his teary eyes. All he saw was a young George Darcy holding his Sweetie. He jumped up and grabbed Darcy. “You killed Anne! Bloody George! I’m going to kill you.” He knocked Darcy onto the floor and pounced onto him, punching him on the face and stomach. Amid gasps and yelling, Richard was the first to act. He pulled the mad man from Darcy and then restrained him. “What are you doing, Logan? He’s not George Wickham. He’s William Darcy.” Richard said. “He’s Uncle Lewis, Richard. Why did you call him Logan?” Georgiana said when she recovered from the shock of her uncle attacking her brother. She rushed to Darcy’s side at the same time as Elizabeth reached him. “He confused William with Father. He didn’t seem to know that Mother had died. He thought Father took Mother away from him and killed her.” “Uncle Lewis?” Both Richard and Darcy were surprised. Elizabeth had been smoothing over Darcy’s shoulders to see if he was hurt. She turned to walk near Sir Lewis and said, “Logan, this is Darcy here. He lived with you in the Heart for a few weeks, remember? You taught him your skill. He is not George Darcy. He did not seduce Lady Anne. Calm down please, and tell us what happened here.” Elizabeth’s soft voice seemed to calm the struggling man, and he said, “I woke up and saw you all went out. I didn’t like the tombs, and followed. I saw you were all caught in the cross fire with the army. I remembered Matlock well, so I went the other way to have a look. Then I saw a man, this George Wickham, torturing Georgiana, so I stopped him. Then my daughter, Anne, came and asked me to release him. It seemed she’s married to him; although I heard this young woman here had bit him off, and he was no longer a man. I’m all confused now. I have a headache. Elizabeth and Darcy, can we go back to the Heart? I don’t like it here.” Elizabeth led him to a chair, sat him down and continued, “You have a rest. All will be fine later on. But where are George Wickham and Princess Anne?” “They probably left that way. Spineless man!” Sir Lewis said. “Why did you dress in 21st century clothes?” Elizabeth continued. “I found them in one of the caves in the Heart. They are more comfortable than the space suit. What’s the problem?” Elizabeth shook her head and then walked back to her husband’s side. “Georgi, this is my wife, Elizabeth. Lizzy, she’s Georgi.” Darcy said. Georgiana looked at Elizabeth with suspicion. “You’re truly married to her? She was not a lure to trap you in the mating capsule?” “No, Georgi. I love her. We love each other. We were married by Sir Lewis.” Darcy said. “Let me have a look at you, you’re injured.” Elizabeth said. “Let’s all leave here and move to another safe location. Now that Wickham has left, and he knows Darcy is still alive, he may come back with more armed forces. And blast the man, he must have taken my parents with him too.” Richard said. He turned to pick up Georgiana. Soon the party retreated from Matlock, and moved to a safe house in Lambton. Not long afterwards, major news broke out, shattering their short term peace. It was imperative they act at once! *** Thank you for tuning in for Prince Wickham’s address to the nation. The webcam penned to a handsome looking Wickham, dressed in a fully decorated red regimental uniform. Since he had married Princess Anne, he had abandoned the tea-leaf reader’s plain robe for the more glamorous military uniform fit for a prince. Sitting beside him was a pale looking Princess Anne in her full white court dress. On a reclining couch was a motionless Queen Immortal. Wickham held Anne’s hand, and said in a charming and compassionate voice: Our country men and women, I am sorry to bring grievous news to you. We just learn that Princess Anne’s ex-fiancé, William Darcy, was not killed in the battle with Hartfield. After careful DNA testing, we can confirm that the dead body we brought back from Hartfield was in fact, our great Commander Billy Collins. He was captured by the Ewoks while doing the country duty, trying to save Mr. Darcy. Unfortunately, Commander Collins was tortured before his death, his body experimentally fused with a Ewok. We mourn the lost of a great man who died in the line of duty. We also had alarming news that Mr. Darcy had returned to earth; but he was under mind control by the people of Hartfield, per the instruction of the rebellious Gentry. He was seen with a vicious clone of Sir Lewis de Bourgh, my wife’s dead father. And with his cousin, the fugitive ex-General Richard Fitzwilliam, his sister, Georgiana Darcy and his whore, Elizabeth Bennet. Darcy’s friend Charles Bingley and Elizabeth’s eldest sister, Jane Bennet, were both still on the run, but not seen with them. They are a dangerous group of people, as Sir Lewis’s clone had been seen to perform harmful mind control against good people on our planet. In order to protect the good citizens on earth, the government is willing to give them leniency if they surrender themselves. We will give them 10 days, until the 26th of November to give themselves up. If they do not, the government will have no choice but to execute the following people in London for aiding and abetting the rebels. They are family members of the fugitves, including former Lord and Lady Matlock, Mr. Thomas Bennet, Mrs. Fanny Bennet, Miss Mary Bennet and Miss Catherine Bennet . Our dear country men and women, you are urged to provide information about this dangerous group of people. We will reward those who come forward with useful clues as to their whereabouts. You are also encouraged to attend the execution, should this be required, to witness the end of an era for the bad elements on Earth. In this difficult time of struggle, we must be strong for each other. As you can see, our Queen is still gravely ill. We have spent tremendous manpower and resources in the battle with Hartfield. We hope you will give generous emotional and material support to the army. After we remove this bad element, our planet will be cleansed, and life will be happy and peaceful again. May Lord bless you all!
32 votes last time (here and 50M). Bingley's re-appearance took 50% of the vote. The vote here carried it off the line over D&E's baby. But since most readers in 50M voted for the baby, I wrote that in too. It is not making a havocs yet but I hope you like the scene... Thanks Debra Anne for the great support and especially making the cyber talk better. Happy reading! Every Savage Can Reproduce - Chapter 9 Five more days!
It’s 21st of November.
For the past five days, Darcy and the rest of the men had disguised themselves and gone out when day broke to move people’s opinion and prepare for the rescue of the captives. Elizabeth, Georgiana and Sir Lewis stayed in the safe house. Elizabeth took care of the two patients. They worked on the computer together, monitoring news and helping to make sure Sir Lewis didn’t have a bad day attack.
Today, Darcy returned to the safe house late. After dinner, Elizabeth had the towel ready for him when he came out of the shower. Instead of drying himself, he stood naked in front of her, water dripping from his hair and chest and looked at her with an intense gaze.
Then he started taking off her night gown.
“You’re beautiful!” he whispered before giving her a tender kiss. Her hands wandered around his body, caressing his muscular torso and angular back. He shivered and felt his arousal.
He deepened the kiss and pressed her body against the door. The droplets of water on his body made her wet in the process. He licked her lush breasts that had become fuller due to the pregnancy. Then he lowered himself and worshiped the slightly protruded belly. He loved kissing her soft and velvety body. He felt more and more excited.
When he kneeled before her and moved to kiss her apex, she grabbed his hair and uttered breathlessly, “Come inside me!”
He looked up at her with admiring glance. Then he stood up and hoisted her up to his body. “It’s not too rough for you like this?” He asked with concern, “Should we continue on the bed?”
She shook her head frantically and wrapped her legs around his waist. He didn’t need more encouragement. He rubbed her folds and slid a finger into her warmth. She was wet and ready. He pleasured her for a few minutes, making her squirm and moaned.
He slipped the finger out and positioned himself, then pushed into her slowly.
Since he had known of the pregnancy, he had tried to curb his ardency by going slower. That’s what he was doing now. He drove into her inch by inch until he was at the hilt, enjoying her welcoming tightness and heat. Their souls were connected. They were but one person.
Soon he started thrusting. Like slow motion, he moved in and out of her, creating tingling friction in her inner muscles that infiltrated long and deep into her bones.
He continued to kiss her luscious lips and caressed her sensitive nipples. He enjoyed devouring her dreamily. After endless minutes, her moans turned louder. She screamed out in satisfaction. She squeezed his shaft on and on, sending him into a vortex of climax as well.
After they regained their strength, they took a quick shower. When he lay on the bed, she rested her head on his shoulder and asked, “How did it go today?”
“I went with Colonel Morgan to Rushcliffe while the others tackled Charnwood, Bolton, Kirklees and other towns. I think the tide is turning in our favour.”
“You think so?”
“Yes, in most of the forbidden forums where we participated, people were questioning Wickham’s speech and actions.”
“Can I read them?” she asked.
He took the X-pod by the side table and activated the screen.

“That’s encouraging to know people are questioning Wickham.” Elizabeth said.
“And Richard said the number of people joining RA has quadrupled since Wickham’s televised speech. We will be set to storm the prison before 26 November.”
“So we will set off the on 24th as discussed. Do you still think Gerogi and Sir Lewis are up to it?”
“I think so. Georgi told me her electromagnetic treatment on Uncle Lewis seemed to be working well. His headache was less severe today, and he seems to remember more and more about the early years of his life. She has been developing a special helmet for him so that it could be activated to calm him with treatment shocks when he has his strange mood. I think his mind control skill will come in handy when we rescue the captives. And Georgi can protect you when I’m in action. Richard’s assistant has been training her on self defence techniques and use of weapons.”
“Yep, Colonel Regan taught me too.” she said.
“I told you not to overdo. I hope you haven’t tired yourself.” Darcy said.
“I’m fine. I don’t have morning sickness anymore. In fact, I feel very fit. I…” She stopped suddenly, mouth gaped open.
Darcy asked in concern, “What’s it?”
“The baby moved!” She said excitedly and put a hand on her belly. Then her expression turned worried. “How can it be? I’m only six weeks along. I thought babies didn’t move till twelve weeks.”
“You lie down. I will check you out with the mediscan.” Darcy said. When he returned to the bed, he nearly dropped the scanner. He exclaimed. “Elizabeth, your belly’s glowing!”
She sat up and looked at herself. “Oh my god!” She then put her hands on her abdomen. “It doesn’t feel strange… but…” Her mouth gaped open wider and she started panting.
“What’s it?” Darcy asked and put his hand on her belly as well. “Oh my god!” He could feel the baby moving. It was the strangest sensation, like the baby wanted to respond to his hi-five, but only had the weakest of energy. So their hands seem to have touched the slightest moment. But what was more shocking was, he could “hear” the baby talk.
Yes, it’s definitely the sound of a boy. He said, “Hello daddy and mommy.”
Darcy and Elizabeth dropped their hands and exclaimed in unison, “How can that be possible?”
“You heard him say hello too?” He said, pointing at her glowing belly. She nodded.
“Use the mediscan.” she said weakly, and breathed deeply to calm herself.
He typed in a few things and scanned her body from head to toe with trembling hands. Then they looked at the result.
“Everything seems normal. His body size and development are normal to a six week old baby. Hey hang on there, my god!” Darcy swallowed and continued. “Hs brain is too well developed! The neurons are almost as developed as that of a three year old.”
“No wonder I seem to be showing already at six weeks!” she exclaimed.
They looked at each other incredulously. Three years old!
“Oh, William, what can we do? What will we do? Will he born without complication if his brain develops so fast!”
“I don’t know.” he said, and wrapped his hands around her shoulders. Their bodies touched, and he could hear the baby’s voice again. “Don’t worry. I’ll be fine.”
He moved away from her immediately.
“He knows we are worried. Do you think he knows why he can talk too?” she asked.
“I’m not sure. But let’s ‘talk’ to him.” Darcy said. He pulled her hand and they put their hands on her belly again.
“Hello, son.” He said slowly.
“Hello again, mom and dad.” The baby said.
“You can hear, talk and think?” he asked, “It’s too early for a baby. Do you know why?”
“Hey dad, I’m not a baby! My brain is quite well developed, much better than a three year old.” He replied with the same arrogant tone that reminded his mother of the Darcy she first met in Meryton, “And of course I know. It was the glowing dates you two ate in the Heart. It simulated brain development. That’s why you two can do mind control, though you were bad at it.”
Darcy swallowed hard and asked, “So what more can you do?”
“Other parts of my body are still like a baby, unfortunately. I could hear and think for a while, but I can only talk just now. Today is great. I can move my legs and arms slightly too. That why I gave you a kick. But I think I can mind control much better than you two.”
His parents exclaimed, “What? You can mind control?”
“Yeah, today when mommy was visiting Uncle Lewis, he talked to me through the mind and taught me how to do mind control. It’s hard at first. He taught me to pinch Auntie Georgi’s leg and it worked. He also told me my brain might have been affected by the dates.”
“Oh, it was you!” Elizabeth said. She turned to talk to Darcy and said, “I was chatting with Georgi at the time. She was trying to vary the dosage of shocks on Uncle Lewis’s electromagnetic helmet when she felt a pinch and yelped out. We both thought it was a mosquito or something. No wonder I saw your uncle smile with a smug expression afterwards. He’s teaching our son mischief!”
“Shit!” He swore.
“William, mind your language in front of the baby.”
“Mom, I told you I’m not a baby! I’ve heard all the swearing by Richard, Morgan and others for days.”
“Damn!” This time it was Elizabeth who swore.
Darcy smoothed her arm and said, “We need to decide a name for him. We can’t call him baby anymore.”
“Uncle called me Logan.” the baby said, “He said he liked the name. It reminded him of the happiest time he had with you two in Hartfield. Since he can’t use it now, he wants me to have it. I’m cool with it.”
Darcy and Elizabeth looked at each other and rolled their eyes. But they were fond of the old man too, so they nodded and agreed.
“But you are sure your body is fine, Logan?” Elizabeth asked again anxiously.
“Don’t be a worrier. You’ll age fast if you frown so much. I eat well and I learn heaps when you surf the galarynet. It’s cool that Auntie Georgi’s computer talks.” Logan said, “Oh, and I sleep well, especially when dad made love to you. The shaking motion seems to send me to deep sleep.”
“Shit!” “Damn!” Their parents swore in unison.
“It’s fine.” Logan giggled, “I didn’t see anything. Anyway, I’m sleepy now. Night night!”
“Shit!” “Damn!” Darcy and Elizabeth swore again and again. They did not dare to touch each other. Then they broke out into chuckles. “My goodness! No more love making until the naughty boy is born.” she said.
“But it’ll be months away! It’s so unfair.” He complained and then he frowned, “Do you think he’ll really be fine when he’s born?”
She leaned over and gave him a peck on the lips and said, “Let’s not worry now. I will check up on his development every day. We have to concentrate on getting our family out.”
He nodded and wrapped his arms around her. They dripped off to a peaceful sleep soon afterwards.
Next morning, they were woken by the others. They dressed quickly and went out to meet everyone.
“What’s it, Richard?” Darcy asked.
His cousin turned the computer screen towards them. His face was grim, and his lips pressed into a thin line.
Breaking news from Political Reality. Prince Wickham is happy to announce that rebels Jane Bennet and Charles Bingley were surrendered to the authorities by his sister, Caroline Bingley.
The camera panned to Jane and Bingley. They seemed to have been drugged. They were leaning onto two armed guards, hands and legs hand cuffed.
Elizabeth gasped. Her husband wrapped his arms around her. Tears welled in her eyes as they watched on.
By their side, Caroline was dressed in a shiny orange body suit that looked brand new. She had heavy make-up on, and her hair was crafted like a big tower. She was smiling as she shook Wickham’s hands warmly.
“Prince Wickham, C Denny from Political Reality. Your appeal works wonders. Even Charles Bingley’s family has turned against him.”
“Yes, I commend Miss Bingley’s brave action.” Wickham said with charming voice, “She’s honest and loyal to the government, and deserves to be rewarded.”
“What’s your plan for these latest two fugitives, Your Majesty?”
“We will interrogate them to ascertain if they know the whereabouts of the other rebels. If Mr. Bingley is cooperative and gives up valuable intelligence, he will be spared from execution due to his connection with the courageous Miss Bingley here.” He nodded to Caroline and continued, “But we can’t spare this fallen woman, Jane Bennet’ She will be locked up with the other Bennets and treated the same.”
Wickham then left, and the interview went on.
“Miss Bingley, was it difficult for you to surrender your loved one?”
“Definitely not! I’m always loyal to the government. Although I believe my brother was innocent of the charges, I still think it was best to take him to the authorities.”
“Why do you think he’s innocent?”
“Charles is very easily influenced by others,” she said with a shaking voice, and pulled a handkerchief to dab at her teary eyes, “I suspect the rebels used this whore to make him lose all sense of right and wrong. He’s such a loving person, I can’t believe he would actively work with rebels.”
“And what happened today?”
“He turned up at my place. He said they were tired of running. I could see regret in his eyes. I’m sure it was regret for associating with such a woman.” Caroline turned to point at Jane.
She said with anger, “That woman was clinging onto him like poison ivy not willing to forgo its prey. So I gave them some wine with a drug laced in it, and brought them here.”
“And you’re fine with Prince Wickham’s decision about your brother?” Reporter Denny asked.
“Of course, the wise Prince Wickham!” Caroline cooed. “When the authorities talk to Charles separately from the vile woman, I’m sure he’ll see what he has done wrong, and tell them where the fugitives are. I am happy for Prince Wickham’s leniency.”
“What about the reward? What do you want?”
Caroline batted her eyes and said, “I wasn’t thinking of the reward when I decided to surrender Charles. It’s for the good of the empire. But if the Prince still insists, I will be happy for a chance to serve under him.”
“Turn it off! I’m sick of the woman!” Darcy said angrily.
“Jane!” Elizabeth wept. He embraced her tightly and tried to calm her.
“Elizabeth, we will save your family!” everyone in the room vowed.

24th of November
At the Tower of London, Mrs. Bennet and her two daughters, Mary and Kitty, had been locked in a cell for many weeks. Three days ago, her other daughter, Jane, was brought in as well. The middle-aged lady had been all nerves and hysteria; she did not even know why they had been arrested. No one had told her anything. She had not seen Jane, Elizabeth, Lydia or her husband for some time.
Jane’s appearance calmed her nerves, even though she told her about Charles and her run from the authorities, and Wickham’s broadcast. She had been crying non-stop since then. But this evening, Jane told her some news.
“So we are going to break out soon?” Mrs. Bennet whispered.
“Yes, Charles has been liaising with RA, the Resistant Alliance. We will start action in 15 minutes.” Jane said in a low voice as she took a glance at the clock outside of the cell.
“How?”
“Charles said he’s not what he seemed. Their family has a special implanted ability. He has never used it before, but he will now.”
“What kind of talent?” Kitty asked.
“He said we would see for ourselves.” Jane replied. “I’m a bit worried about him though. He did not seem to want to use his ability. I hope it won’t be harmful to him when he uses it.”
“And that’s why he asked Caroline to surrender him and you to the authorities?” Mary asked.
“Caroline didn’t know our plan.” Jane shook her head. “Someone from RA suggested Charles try her. They believed she was pro-royalty and might surrender us. It was easier than initiating a capture by the authorities.”
“That’s horrible!” Kitty said, “She really drugged Charles and you?”
“We were prepared; we took some anti-drug to keep our wits, and assessed how things went. If we had not been brought in here with you, we would have broken out again. I think Charles should be locked up with Papa right now.”
“So what’s the plan?” Mrs. Bennet asked anxiously, “We wait for Charles to rescue us?”
“If there is a male guard,” Jane said with a blush. “I need to seduce him at 210000 hours.”
“But you’re so shy, Jane. I don’t think you can do it well,” Mary said, “How about Kitty? I saw Lydia and you flirt with many officers in Meryton before. And you are prettier than I.”
Cough! Cough! “I can try.” Kitty said with a trembling voice, “What do you want me to do?”
“They said I, I mean you should pretend to have food poisoning.” Jane was happy to give up the seduction duty and explained to Kitty. “You squirm on the ground, preferably with your dress parted, so when the guard comes in, he’ll see a bit of your chest. Ask him to take you out for treatment, and when you’re all over him, we will overtake him. Charles will break out at 210650. That will give us six and a half minutes. The RA will be storming from outside at the same time too.”
“How did they know we were locked up here?” Mary asked.
“Charles implanted a tiny tracker on his left toe.” Jane said, “So the RA knows our exact location.”
“How can we do that?” Mrs. Bennet said, “I mean overtake the guard. We do not have any weapons.”
Jane put her hands under her clothes and took out her bra. She then pushed the underwire a few times to reveal a tiny needle there.
“Here’s our weapon.” Jane said, “Kitty, scream.”
Kitty opened her mouth, but no sound came out.
“Come on, Kitty!” Mary urged on, “You can do it.”
Kitty shook her head and grabbed the neck of her dress tightly together, instead of parting it.
“Let me do it,” Mrs. Bennet said impatiently. She unbuttoned her shirt quickly, and then lay down on the floor, with her back to the cell door, and screamed out at the top of her voice.
“Mother!”
“Mama!”
“Mom!”
All her daughters were unprepared for her quick action. They called out in genuine concern.
The guard looked in and said, “What the heck?”
“It’s mom.” Kitty said tearfully, “She’s… not… feeling well.”
Mrs. Bennet let out another shrill of loud moans. “My stomach! My nerves! I’m dying!”
“Shut up, old cow!” The man yelled.
She took this moment to turn her body. She had her hands covering her stomach, but she had loosened the hook of her bra, because it moved, showing a glimpse of her big breasts.
She peeked at the guard from under her eye lashes. Good! It’s the old goat. The man was in his late 50s. She could see that his eyes widened.
“What’re you doing?” The man said, “Opening up your shirt? Want to seduce me?”
She squirmed and shook her body more for the effect. Her daughters had their mouths opened; too surprised to utter a word. She rubbed her stomach more vigorously and said in teary voice, “My body is burning! What did you put in the lamb? Seduce you? As if? My hubby’s 10 times better than you.”
Her taunting words hit the man hard. “I’ll show you who’s better.” He unlocked the cell door and walked in.
When he crouched down by Mrs. Bennet’s side, Jane took a quick look outside, the corridor was eerily silent. No other guard was around. She didn’t know where Charles was, but she acted accordingly.
Jumping on the unsuspecting man’s back, she punched the needle hard onto his neck. He raised his body immediately and pushed her off to the wall angrily.
He was going to follow up with a kick on Jane, but Mrs. Bennet grabbed Jane’s bra and wrung it around his neck from behind.
He was caught off guard and choked for a second. When he tried to turn his body to hit Mrs. Bennet, Mary kicked him where it hurt most. He doubled over and then lay flat, face down. He eyed them angrily, but he couldn’t raise his hands or body.
“Did I kill him?” Mrs. Bennet asked breathlessly.
“No,” Jane replied, “It’s the needle. It took a minute to take effect. It was coated with a special chemical, and when it reacted with his blood, it made him lose his strength. Let’s go.”
She hurried her sisters and mother out of the room and locked the guard in.
“Which way?” Mary asked, looking at the left and right of the corridor.
Jane bit her lip and said, “I’ve no clue. They twisted and turned so many times when they brought me in, I lost track.”
As they stood there undecided, a loud noise exploded at the far left hand side.
“Should we go and check out?” Kitty asked.
“No,” Mrs. Bennet was buttoning up her shirt. She reverted to her nervous self quickly after the incident inside the cell, all her courage was gone, “it may be the guards fighting with whomever. We don’t want to be caught in the cross fire.’
“It could be Charles,” Jane said, “Wait here. I’ll go and check.”
As she ran around the corner, the sight in front of her amazed her. She could see Charles sitting inside a cell, but his right foot had increased 10 folds! He had used the big foot to kick open the door, effectively crushing the two guards between the other side of the cell door and the wall of the corridor.
Then Mr. Bennet came out from the cell. “Jane, where is your mother?” He asked.
The call woke Jane’s from her stupor. She replied, “They are here.” She ran back and called for her mother and sisters to join her.
When they came around to see the big foot of Charles, they had their mouths gaped open like goldfish.
Charles had raised his body and rested his weight on the big foot, leaning against the wall. “Let’s get out of here.” He limped; every step was like an earthquake, shaking the floor. “I’ll go first.”

On the other side of the capital, General Fitzwilliam, the Darcy family and Sir Lewis were on board several invisible cruisers which the General procured from the black market. They were going to storm the floating palace to confront Prince Wickham from the north and the west.
Disgruntled staff of the palace, who had joined the RA recently, promised to open the servant entrances for them. In the event of their sudden deflection, Fitzwilliam also obtained a detailed floor plan of the floating palace. They would need to force their way in through the laundry quarter and the chapel, where the security were the least heavy.
“Richard, our contact is not responding to signals,” Darcy said to his cousin via a secret communication channel on board his cruiser. “I’m going to head North West North 310 for the church.”
“I’m in through the north,” Richard replied, “Be careful and meet you at the grand ball room.”
“Will do,” Darcy replied as Georgiana amended the cruiser’s destination to the church.
“Should we go in via the pulpit clergy entrance?” Georgiana asked her brother.
“Go under the building,” Sir Lewis said quietly, “There is a secret passage under the communion railing.”
“It’s not shown on the floor plan,” Elizabeth said, “How did you know, Uncle Lewis?”
“Catherine and I helped build the church when I was the Genesis Director,” Sir Lewis said, “She put that entrance in without my knowing it at first. When I confronted her about it, she said it would be useful for the clergy who felt sick during the service. I suspected she had other motives but what’s done was done so I didn’t make a big fuss about it. But it was never put in any floor plan.”
“You know the co-ordinates?” Georgiana asked.
“No,” Sir Lewis shook his head, “But it’s marked by a C to the northern part of the church, to stand for Catherine.”
“We’ll scan for it once I go under the church,” Darcy said, and then they waited silently as the cruiser made its way to its target.
“There it is.” Elizabeth said, pointing to a golden C appearing on the monitor.
“Lock in the target,” Darcy commanded and Georgiana fired a laser beam at the C. The door slid open on impact and she flew the cruiser in slowly.
Right and left, left and right, the cruiser navigated around the winding passages without meeting any resistance, until they reached the end.
“The cruiser won’t go through any farther,” Sir Lewis said. The four of them carried their ammunition and left the ship to climb a flight of stairs by the landing area.
“Let me go up first,” Darcy said, clearly wanting to protect his family.
“No, let me,” Sir Lewis said, “I still remember the direction. We need to turn a few times before we reach ground level.”
Darcy nodded and followed him close by, with Georgiana and Elizabeth at the back.
After several minutes of twists and turns, they reached a door.
“It will open under the communion table.” Sir Lewis said. He was going to shoot it open when Darcy stopped him.
“Let Georgiana work on the password,” he said, “We don’t want to alarm anyone.”
Georgiana stuck her watch on the door keypad panel and typed in a few times and waited, after several seconds, the door slid open.
When they emerged, they were caught by surprise at the inside of the church.
“Someone has changed the church!” Sir Lewis said.
In front of their eyes was a church no more. There were rows and rows of computers, and many doors and chambers. With the help of a navigator, they ran towards the southern side where the main entrance of the church used to be, if it was still there. It would lead them into the heart of the palace. But they met with several armed guards after two turns in the corridors.
“Stay close!” Darcy yelled as he fired back at the guards.
Bloom! Blast! Bang!
As Darcy traded fire with the guards, he caught a glimpse of the others. He bit his lip anxiously, worrying about Elizabeth and Logan, as he saw that he was separated from the others. As he ducked and fired, he backed away into a green room, meeting face-to-face with Wickham.
“What are you doing here?” Wickham said as he typed in a few things quickly in the computer.
Darcy’s laser gun hit the last of the guards chasing him, and he turned to fire at the computer. He didn’t want Wickham to finish what he was doing.
“Bloody hell!” Wickham jumped away from the machine and ran to press a button on the wall. A panel slid open and he grabbed a laser sword and hit the gun from Darcy’s hand.
Darcy yelled in pain and bumped him away with his shoulder before also grabbing a sword from the wall cabinet.
Wickham nearly hit him on the head again. As he ducked, he thrust the laser sword across Wickham’s waist. The Prince jumped back and pounded onto Darcy’s other side. Their swords crossed several times. As they traded blow after blow around the room, Darcy managed to disarm Wickham, with a heavy left hand punch.
Wickham fell heavily backwards and leaned himself against the wall. Suddenly a green glass partition emerged from the wall and wrapped around him, effectively trapping him inside a glass chamber.
Darcy saw him yelled as some green smoke emerged from the chamber. Darcy tried to grab open the partition, but it didn’t move.
He saw Wickham pointed at the computer and banging on the glass madly. He turned to look at the slightly damaged computer as Georgiana, Elizabeth and Sir Lewis dashed in.
“What happened?” Elizabeth asked, “Your hand is bleeding.” She ran to his side to help stop his bleeding.
“Georgi, Wickham is trapped,” Darcy said, “can you unlock the partition?” Georgiana sat in front of the computer and typed in frantically.
But as they watched on, they could see that Wickham had gone limp inside the chamber as the green smoke became heavier. Finally it covered the whole of his body, obscuring their view.
After several minutes, Georgiana managed to stop the computer. Then with an eerie sound, the glass partition opened and Wickham fell out, head down onto the floor.
Everyone in the room had their mouth gape open as they saw that he was buck naked, his dark robe dissolved.
Darcy ran to check on him. “He’s alive.”
As he turned Wickham over, Sir Lewis asked in a confused voice, “I thought it was Prince Wickham inside. How come he becomes a Princess?”
Darcy and Elizabeth looked at each other, unable to speak. Georgiana was flabbergasted; she typed a few things into the computer furiously and exclaimed, “It’s a genetic engineering machine! It must have been damaged by the gun fire. The gender changing program was activated while he was trapped inside the chamber.”
“And Wickham is a woman now!” Sir Lewis said.

Voting options 1. Caroline causes problem 2. Anne demands her husband back 3. Sir Lewis confronts Queen Immortal
C It’s a long 9 months. Sorry for abandoning the story for so long. Here is a new chapter. Last time in the poll, “Sir Lewis confronts Lady Catherine” won. The plot didn’t exactly come out correctly this time though. Hope to do better with your choice next time. Many thanks to Debra Anne and to Phia, Lisette, Geri and LE and others who haven’t given up on the story.
Chapter 11
By this time, General Fitzwilliam and his troops had arrived. Darcy advised him about the latest development, and he instructed his men to take Wickham to a medical room for treatment and observation.
“Did you find Aunt Catherine and Anne?” Georgiana asked.
“They are in the medical room too.” Richard replied.
When they arrived there, they could see that Queen Immortal was fitted with all kinds of tubes, and lying there rather motionless.
Anne stood up when she saw the people entering. “Father, how are you?” She walked slowly to Sir Lewis, took his hands and whispered.
Sir Lewis looked at her and whispered back. “Anne?”
Anne nodded. “Yes, it is me. Your daughter.”
He smoothed his hands over her hair and face. “But you have grown up.”
“Yes, I was thirteen when you disappeared.”
“Disappeared?”
“Did you not remember?”
“Remember?”
“It was the 28th of May. We had dinner and then you tucked me in. The next day when I asked Mom, she said you went out for some urgent business and were not seen ever again.”
“28 May? I tucked you in?” Sir Lewis frowned and tried to remember.
“But 28 May was my mother’s birthday.” Georgiana said.
Sir Lewis turned to look at her and murmured. “Yes, it was Sweetie’s birthday.” He then looked back at his daughter and his sick wife. Suddenly his frown lifted and he said, “After I put Anne to bed, I went back to my room to have a drink, to drown my sorrow. I was remembering my Anne. And then when I woke up the next day, I found myself in the ‘Heart’ already.”
“Oh, Papa.” Anne wrapped her arms around him and sobbed.
“Could it be Aunt Catherine who sent you there?” Richard asked.
“We won't know until she wakes up.” Darcy added.
In the meantime, Bingley and the Bennets entered the room. Elizabeth went to hug her family.
“Mom, Dad, you are well?”
“Yes, considering the situation.” Mr. Bennet replied.
“Lizzy, you would be the death of me! Why did you have to rebel against Queen Immortal…why? Your belly glows!”
Everyone turned to look at Elizabeth and she blushed bright red.
“Mama, I’m pregnant.”
“Oh my lord, don’t tell me the Ewoks did experiments on you like they did to our cousin Collins? What would we do?” Mrs. Bennet burst into tears.
“Mrs. Bennet, Elizabeth and I were married in Hartfield and you do not have to be worried, Logan is my baby. He glows because of some radioactive dates we ate in Hartfield.” Darcy said.
Elizabeth’s sisters were concerned. They congratulated her and asked her a lot of questions. Her mother fanned herself and said, “Oh, Lizzy, you’re such a smart girl! So wealthy! So many estates in the kingdom! Was that why you invited him to the mating capsule? To seduce him?”
“Mom and Dad, can you ask Grandma to shut up? Her shrill voice is hurting my ears.” Elizabeth and Darcy heard Logan say in mind voice. They shook their heads, not sure whether to laugh or roll their eyes.
Sir Lewis must have heard Logan’s mind talk. He glared at Mrs. Bennet and then told her husband, “Can you all leave the room?”
Elizabeth urged her family to rest in a more comfortable room. General Fitzwilliam’s men were assigned to take them out. After the Bennets and Bingley left, Darcy asked his cousin, “Richard, did you manage to locate your parents?”
The General shook his head. “My men were still scouting the whole palace. And we could not find the seal either. Without the seal, we cannot legally take over the administration. Anne, do you have any idea?”
Anne’s reply was not helpful either. “I don’t know. Before the wedding, Wickham was very charming and kind. He told me he would find a way to cure Mother’s illness. But since the wedding, I have not seen much of him. I was here with Mother most of the time. I only heard about the persecution and the arrests very recently. When I wanted to talk to him, his men always came up with excuses. I managed to track him down at Matlock, the time he was hurting Georgiana. I confronted him when we returned to the Palace He was quite mad. He slapped me and locked me up in this room then.”
“But you were with him in the televised broadcast.” Darcy frowned.
“What broadcast?” Anne asked.
“Wickham gave us an ultimatum, via the galaxy television, surrender or he would kill my family.” Elizabeth added.
“I haven’t seen him since that day, after we returned from Matlock House.” Anne replied.
“Bloody Wickham! He must have doctored the broadcast, to have Anne and Catherine by his side. If he hadn’t turned into a woman, I’d strangle him for hitting you.” Sir Lewis said.
“What do you mean? He turned into a woman?”
“I’m sorry.” Georgiana said. “He went into a fight with William and got stuck in a gender transformation chamber.”
“Oh my goodness!” Anne sat down heavily, with her hand over her mouth.
“We will get you an annulment,” her father said. “You’re better off without him.”
“So what do we do now?” Elizabeth asked.
“I will check on Wickham again.” Georgiana said, “I think there are some medical procedures that can hasten his recovery.”
Sir Lewis decided to stay with his daughter by his wife's side. He wanted answers when Queen Immortal woke up. Georgiana and Elizabeth went to check on Wickham while Darcy followed Fitzwilliam to the administration wing of the palace.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Bennet and her three daughters decided to rest in the Queen and King's chambers. They tried out all the luxury furniture and gadgets that were not damaged during the fighting. Mr. Bennet had wandered off to the library.
Bingley had pulled Jane to another room, and they were sitting on a sofa.
“So you have an implanted big foot.” Jane eyed his legs, which had turned back to their normal size.
Bingley blushed and nodded. “I don’t like people knowing that.”
“Why?”
“Kids laughed at me at school when they learned about the secret. Said I should be bigger somewhere else.”
“Oh!” She said. “But you’re not bad in that ‘somewhere else.’”
“Now that I've grown up.”
She smiled and kissed his cheek. “I am glad of that. So this big foot ‘feature,’ can that pass on to your children, I mean if we are allowed to have children in the future?”
“I’d love to have a bunch of kids with you,” he said and kissed her back. “But unfortunately, it’s only an implant so I can’t pass it onto my children.”
“But why did your parents do that? Implant you with an expandable big foot.”
“It is kind of stupid.”
“We shouldn’t have any secrets.” Jane urged him to talk.
“My family is from new money. My parents built up their wealth from scratch. They wanted their children to be ‘superior.’ When they had Louisa, they couldn’t afford to go for medical enhancement for their baby. When they had Caroline, they had more money than they could spend; they decided to ‘enhance’ her. After that, of course, me too. I never understood why they chose such a stupid big foot. Dad said he ticked the wrong implant to do for me, and mom said he was a miser and got a shonky lab to do it.”
“Well at least it did us good. You were so magnificent, saving all of my family.” She wrapped her arms around him.
Bingley was about to return her embrace when he thought of something. “Speaking of my sister, I need to find her.”
“Why?”
“She surrendered us to that bloody Wickham. I’m her only brother.”
“That was Mr. Darcy and General Fitzwilliam’s plan anyway.”
“Still! How could she choose the reward over family? I had enough of her attitude and interference to last a life time. This time, she crossed the line. I know some distant relatives in Hartfield. They work with Ewoks. I will find Caroline and send her there, for the rest of her life.”
“Charles, you shouldn’t be too harsh on her.”
“But she betrayed me, only because she didn’t like your family. How can she do that to her only brother? What if I was tortured or killed?”
“You weren’t. It’s a strange and difficult time, with this evil Prince Wickham threatening the peace and everybody. Please try to be forgiving.”
“You are truly too good.” Bingley gave her another kiss. “Okay, I will settle on a year at the Ewoks' outpost.”
Jane nodded in agreement. Bingley grinned. He decided not to tell her that the outpost didn’t have any “human” facility, no bed, no bathroom, no shower, not even toilet paper. Caroline would live in the WILD, mud, dirt and all, when he could get his hands on her. If she didn’t go willingly, he would retaliate and give her some sleeping pills!
Back in another chamber in the medical room, Georgiana checked on Wickham’s vitals.
“I think I will pump more female hormone into his breathing apparatus. Because he accidentally triggered the procedure, his hormone level is not very normal,” she said.
“Are you sure you know what you’re doing?” Elizabeth frowned. “Shouldn’t we wait for the army doctors to administer that?”
“But I’ve been helping Uncle Lewis with his brain wave stabilization. I’ve been studying the human body for the past weeks. You know I’m a geek on learning.” Georgiana said. She touched a few keys on the console and Darcy and the General appeared before them. “Richard, where are the army doctors? I think Wickham’s hormone level is not very balanced. That may be why he’s still in a coma. Can someone take a look at him?”
“They are busy taking care of the casualties around and in the palace. Do whatever you deem right. You’ve been acting as a doctor for the Alliance for a few weeks already.” The general had no time for the likes of Wickham. He was sure he could find his parents and the seal without his help.
Georgiana gave them a satisfied smile and switched off the screen. She was happy that they trusted her ability. When she was busy calculating the hormone to be used on Wickham, the door to the chamber was burst open.
“Where is my brother?” A high pitch voice broke her concentration. Georgiana and Elizabeth turned to see an elegantly dressed Caroline Bingley stride into the room.
“Oooh, Georgie, I’m so happy to see you! Where have you been to? Are you well? Where is William?” Caroline exclaimed and went to hug Georgiana enthusiastically, nearly knocking her off from the chair.
Georgiana put her hand on the console to steady herself. Before she could say a word, Caroline continued her babbling. “That horrible Prince Wickham said all of you were rebels. I’m sure he was just making up excuses. He must be working with that Eliza. She’s a whore, tricking William to the mating capsule and keeping him there in Hartfield. I pretended to help the Prince so that I could stay in the Palace and investigate.”
“Caroline!” Georgiana said in a loud voice to quiet her down. “William and Elizabeth are married. She’s no whore.”
“Hi Caroline, long time no see.” Elizabeth greeted her in her usual sarcastic manner. “I see you’re still as polite as you were in Hertfordshire.”
“William is married?” Caroline’s eyes widened and her voice pitched. “And to her?”
She slammed her hand on the console and continued. “Georgie, you have got to be joking! Why would he want her when he could have me? I’m Caroline Bingley of Netherfield. I’m more elegant. I dress and walk with much better taste than this whor...”
Slap!
“Ouch! Who hit me?” Caroline rubbed her cheek and turned to Elizabeth angrily. “You’re a witch! How can you hit me without touching me?” She jumped towards her rival and raised her hand, intending to slap Elizabeth on the face to retaliate. But before she could do so, she felt a kick on her shin.
“Ouch! She doubled over. One hand holding onto the console to steady herself while another hand holding onto the leg. “My leg! It hurts!”
“Logan!” Both Elizabeth and Georgiana cried out.
She said you were a whore, Logan explained in mind talk.
Elizabeth wrapped her hands around her waist, not wanting her child to hurt Caroline any more. “Logan, it’s not right to hit a woman.”
But she wanted to hurt you! He argued. I’m sure Father would want me to protect you. If she comes near you again, I’ll still kick her.
“We will talk about this with your father.” She shook her head, not sure how to calm her stubborn boy.
“Oh, Georgie, this woman is crazy. She talks to herself. Who’s this Logan?” Caroline leaned on the console and breathed heavily with pain.
“Logan is my nephew.” Georgiana couldn’t suppress her smile. She had wanted to slap this annoying woman in the past, when she was fawning all over her brother. She wanted to give Logan a pat on the head, but seeing Elizabeth’s exacerbated expression, she turned her attention away. When her eyes came upon the console, she exclaimed.
“Get away from the console, Caroline!”
“What?” Caroline jumped away as she was told.
“Oh no!” Georgiana cradled her head in her hands and said. “You messed up with my formula and now we pumped in too much female hormone for Wickham.”
Everyone turned their eyes on the nude woman lying on the bed. Wickham’s chest had grown bigger. He now had the biggest breast, the most voluptuous figure and longer hair. Her body moved. She blinked her long lashes, opened her eyes and looked at the three women standing near her.
“Oh where have all the men gone?” She spoke with a soft voice while she used her hands to smooth over her body. “I want a man.”
The three women's mouths gaped open. Elizabeth was the first to act. She didn’t want Logan to hear or see more. Could Logan see anything yet? She shook her head, took a body suit from the cabinet and threw it onto Wickham’s body.
“Cover yourself.” She said and dashed out of the room. “Georgie, I will go and wait outside now. Call William and Richard and ask them what to do.”
Georgiana tried to help Wickham into the body suit, but she was too womanly for the one Elizabeth gave him. She found a blanket and covered her up before she called her brother and cousin again.
“Who is she?” Caroline asked, her eyes still wide, taking in Wickham’s amazing figure under the blanket.
“I have a problem here.” Georgiana said to the computer.
“Your brother is not here. What is it?” Richard raised his head from what he was working on.
“Oh, what a handsome man!” Wickham exclaimed, threw off the blanket and stood up and swayed in front of the console. “My dear, you look very strong. Come to me now. I want you desperately.”
Richard looked at her naked form with wide eyes and then turned to ask Georgiana. “Is that Wickham?”
Georgiana nodded while Caroline stuttered, “Prince Wickham?”
“What did you do to him?” Richard asked, his eyes trying to look somewhere other than Wickham.
“It’s her.” Georgiana pointed to Caroline. “She touched the wrong buttons and messed up the hormone calculation. Now he has too much female hormone.”
“Can you… reverse it?” he asked. His voice became a bit coarse. He’s still a man after all, no matter how disgusting Wickham was, his new found body could still turn a man on.
“I don’t think it’s wise. His body may not withstand more genetic transformation.” Georgiana managed to find a wraparound medical gown and covered Wickham up. “What should I do with her?”
“Just give me a few men.” Wickham tried to push her away and unwrap the gown again.
Richard nodded towards the chair on the side to Georgiana.
She understood his meaning. She led the protesting Wickham to the chair and pressed the button immediately and strapped him there.
“What are you doing?” Wickham screamed. “Let me go! I want a man!”
Georgiana found some medicine and injected him with a sedative. He stopped the struggling and looked at her groggily.
“Let me interrogate him.” Richard said. “Wickham, where are Lord and Lady Matlock?”
“Wickham?” the captive replied. “Who’s Wickham?”
“You don’t remember?” Richard continued.
“Remember what?”
“Then what’s your name?”
Wickham tilted his head and thought hard. “I’m Caroline Bingley of Netherfield. I’m more elegant. I dress and walk with much better taste than this whor...”
Georgiana looked at the console and cradled her head on her hands again while the real Caroline was outrageous.
“Shit! Caroline, you started the brain connection program. Oh, now Wickham has some of your brain history.” “And I remember now, I want to become the Mistress of Pemberley!” “Princess” Wickham said, in a sophisticated and contrite tone that rivaled Miss Bingley.
“I want to be Mistress of Pemberley!” Caroline retorted. “You’re sick.”
“I’m elegant, well educated and well endowed. William would want me more than you, flat-chested country chit!” Princess Wickham replied.
“Georgiana, can you put both of them to sleep?” General Fitzwilliam said.
“Georgiana Darcy?” Princess Wickham’s eyes suddenly became dark with hatred and she spoke in a low deep voice that reminded everyone of her form self. “I’ll kill you!”
Caroline shrank from this maddening woman and quietly slipped out of the room.
Seeing Wickham’s recollection of the previous life, Richard seized the chance and asked, “Where are Lord and Lady Matlock?”
Wickham laughed and replied, “They were on their way to a camp in Hartfield. They would be turned into animals. The high and mighty Lord Matlock, a crocodile! Or a bear! That would teach him treat me like nobody for all my youth.”
Richard looked at the twisted woman-man with wonder. How could so much hatred bottled up in one person? What did the Darcy and Fitzwilliam families do to him to make him so sick in the mind? But he had no time for compassion. He had to get the most out of her when she still remembered being Wickham.
“And where is the empire seal?”
“You will never find it. Earth will become an anarchy, without its ruling royalty or party. The stupid old mare has paved the way for the world’s chaos. This so called Queen Immortal has suppressed us for too long. You’ll never find the seal.” Wickham shouted, till her voice was coarse. Then she dropped her head, seemingly totally exhausted, until she raised it again and said in a voice similar to Caroline Bingley. “Perhaps, I’ll tell you where the seal is if you ask William divorce that whore and marry me!”
The General gave his cousin a nod with the head. Georgiana quickly jabbed a needle into the patient’s arm. Wickham screamed out loud, “Don’t hurt me. I’d tell you where the seal is. I just want to marry Darcy. I want Darcy. I want Darcy. I want Darcy…” When her voice slowed to a stop, Georgiana was relieved. She was not sure if her patient’s brain could handle these two tortured mental memories.
“Georgi, I need to organise a rescue mission to Hartfield now.” Richard said. “I’ll talk to you about how to extract the seal’s location from Wickham later on.”
She nodded. “Perhaps we can organise a fake wedding between William and Wickham.” She felt the need to light up the atmosphere. The past few weeks were horrible. But if they couldn’t find the seal nor rescue her uncle and aunt in time, the future would be even worst. But her attempt at humour sounded crazy even to her own ears.
General Fitzwilliam shook his head and shut down the communication. To be continued... Press here to comment!
